Fell & Sell Item Prices and Price Tracking

Record Fell & Sell item prices with build, shop context and sample counts; compare observed sales and refusals without inventing an official price table.

Ver. 1.4.3 named baseline · Official-source review 2026-09-19 · Newer public update: September 18

Quick answer

There is no complete verified official item-price table in the sources reviewed here. Use the Price Test Log to record your own sales and explicit price refusals, with item, build and shop context. It summarizes the highest observed sold price, lowest observed rejected price and sample count; those results are local observations, not an official hidden-price formula.

What is verified

  • Shop Update rebalanced base market values and changed bonus calculations.
  • A displayed asking price is not a confirmed successful selling price.
  • Price observations require build, context, outcome and sample count.

What changed recently

The 1.4.2 warning cue and one-time old-price adjustment affect how to read prices. Ver. 1.4.3 removes repeated price stacking caused by moving furniture.

01

What a useful price record contains

Record the exact item and any upgrade state shown, patch or build, prestige, comfort, relevant shop bonus, demand state if known, asked price and outcome. Add a date or notes when the observation depends on something you cannot keep constant. Unknown context should stay marked unknown.

The Price Test Log stores observations you enter locally in your browser. It is a personal tracker, not a shared official database. Before reusing a result from another session, check that the item and recorded conditions still match.

02

Only count the outcome you actually observed

A sale establishes that one transaction succeeded at the recorded price under those conditions. A specific price refusal is evidence on the rejection side. A customer who cannot reach the item or finds a full queue is evidence about access or checkout, so do not log that as an item-price limit.

The Shop Update improves full-queue feedback, while 1.4.2 adds red pricing text for the developer-described warning band. Neither a warning color nor a one-time adjusted price is a completed transaction. Keep those observations in notes until an outcome occurs.

03

Read an observed band without claiming a formula

The highest observed successful price and lowest observed rejected price summarize the records entered. If one item sold at 100 and was explicitly refused at 120 under comparable conditions, those hypothetical observations identify a range worth testing; they do not prove that every customer accepts 119.

Show how many records support the summary. If the highest sale exceeds the lowest refusal, inspect context changes, inconsistent outcomes or mistaken entries instead of forcing a clean threshold. More observations improve the record, but an unexplained sample is not a validated hidden coefficient.

04

Retest after an economy or shop change

The September Shop Update changes base market values and the order of bonus calculations; 1.4.3 fixes furniture-driven price stacking. Keep pre-change observations as dated history instead of silently relabelling them with the newest version.

Editorial retest routine: use a replaceable item, hold shop conditions steady where possible, adjust only the asked price and record the next outcome. Use the Pricing guide for the selling strategy and this page for the evidence record behind any number you later reuse.

Outdated advice to avoid

Do not publish a launch price as a current universal value, count a full queue as a price rejection, or treat a single successful sale as proof of the maximum price.

Frequently asked

Questions about fell and sell item prices price tracker

Why does this page not list an exact price for every item?

The reviewed official sources do not provide a complete current-build price table or all pricing coefficients. Publishing unsupported values would hide context that can affect an observed sale.

How many sales prove the maximum price?

No fixed sample count establishes a universal maximum. Report the actual count and conditions, and describe the highest price as the highest observed successful sale rather than a guaranteed limit.

How was this guide verified?
