Use an item's current stats and role to decide whether to equip it, reserve it for crafting, sell it or deconstruct it. This items hub connects weapons, armor, crafting and observed prices; it is not a complete official item database. The public Dungeon Update adds Unholy Skulls for gear upgrades and names three new Dungeon+ rewards.
What is verified
- Shop Update expanded hover information for merchandise stats and sales metrics.
- Unholy Skulls can drop from Elites and are used at the Blasphemous Anvil.

Version-aware guidance
What changed recently
September 18 adds weapon and armor upgrades up to +3, Unholy Skulls and the named Dungeon+ rewards Demonic Tabernacle, Demonic Rostrum and Skull Goblet.

For combat equipment, start with Weapons or Armor and compare the item you actually have with the piece it would replace. For a planned craft, use Crafting and inspect the current recipe before selling the ingredients. For surplus merchandise, use Item Prices to record a local selling observation.
Editorial sorting order: protect equipment needed for the next run, reserve ingredients for a named near-term craft, then review the remaining stock for selling or deconstruction. This avoids making every unknown item a permanent storage commitment.
- Weapons and Armor: evaluate equipment roles and confirmed fixes.
- Crafting and Item Deconstruction: compare creation and material recovery.
- Item Prices and Sell or Keep: turn surplus stock into a deliberate decision.
Read the current item information before comparing values
The Shop Update expands merchandise hover information and rebalances market values across several categories. A price from before September 4 may no longer describe the same economic context, even when the item name is unchanged.
Record the exact item identity and any upgrade level shown, plus the current build and shop conditions. An asking price, an actual sale and a material-recovery estimate answer different questions; keep them separate when deciding what an item is worth.
New materials and rewards in Dungeon Update
The September 18 announcement introduces Elites with a chance to drop Unholy Skulls. At the Blasphemous Anvil, skulls and basic resources upgrade weapons and armor up to +3. The notes do not publish the exact material costs, stat increments or skull drop chance.
The developer also names Demonic Tabernacle, Demonic Rostrum and Skull Goblet as items unlocked through finishing Dungeon+ levels. Their complete stats, furnishing effects and exact unlock thresholds are not verified by the announcement, so they are listed as confirmed names rather than invented database entries.
Use item-specific fixes without treating them as current defects
Ver. 1.1.1 fixes Iron Oni Mask and Iron Light Armor not dropping and appearing invisible on armor racks. The same patch corrects the Staff of the Dead projectile exploding too close to the player and repairs certain nonworking recipes.
These are historical fixes with known patch dates. They do not establish current rarity, exact stats or a farm route for those items. If a similar failure occurs now, record the current build and reproduction steps instead of assuming the old bug remains universal.
Outdated advice to avoid
Do not copy launch-era base values, treat every spare item as sale stock, or infer the new rewards' stats and drop probabilities from their names.
